  1. You must take all litter home with you.

  2. A dog waste bin is provided.

  3. We do not accept bulky waste.

  4. There is a bin provided, however we do not encourage leaving any waste. 

  5. The site must be left clean and tidy. 

  6. You must take any broken tents, camping equipment, gazebos etc. home with you


  1. The person named on the booking form will be held responsible for the fire pit and overall supervision. 

  2. The ground is not suitable for open fires.

  3. Fires or BBQ's must not be allowed in or near the woodland. 

  4. Cooking must be confined to the fire pit or BBQ. 

  5. All fires must be raised off the floor. 

  6. The fire must be supervised at all times.

  7. Gloves are to be worn when moving the fire pit stand or grill. 

  8. All stray sparks must be stamped on straight away. 

  9. Hot coals must be left to cool naturally. 

  10. You may incur a fine or your visit terminated if you are found to be ignoring these rules, as this is a matter of safety. 


  1. No fireworks or Chinese lanterns. 

  2. No loud or amplified music between 11pm and 8am. 

  3. No extra guests allowed at any time - if you are bringing a group of ten or more, you will need to consider field hire. Please email to enquire. 

  4. Please respect wildlife and our neighbours at all times. 

  5. You must keep to the 5mph speed limit due to farm traffic, people and uneven surfaces. 

  6. Tracks must be kept clear at all times. 

  7. No camping equipment or food will be provided. 

  8. Children must be supervised at all times and kept safe. 

  9. Playing on the obstacles is at your own risk. 

  10. No more than two dogs per booking. 

  11. Dogs must be kept under control at all times. 

  12. There is no charge for dogs in 2023, however there will be a charge per dog effective 2024. 

  13. Please pick up after your dogs, as children often play in the woods. 

  14. You must bring your own insect repellent and bite cream. 

  15. Only use sticks and wood that are provided - please do not use vegetation. 

  16. We are a haven for wildlife and are fortunate to be sharing this beautiful space with them, so please respect the land and the many species we have here. 

  17. Please have common courtesy and respect for those around you. This includes our neighbours, residents and fellow campers. 


  1. We have an off-grid community living down at the bottom of our site. We ask that you refrain from walking around their home and keep to the top half of the field. 

  2. Please be aware of the farming machinery. 

  3. Payment for your camping session must be paid in full no less than 3 days before your stay with the reference: CAMP + your last name (e.g. CAMPsmith)

  4. No refunds will be issued unless your visit is cancelled a minimum of 3 days in advance. 

  5. No refunds will be issued if you have completed your stay, unless in exceptional circumstances.

  6. Check in is from 12pm until 3pm. 

  7. Check out is from 3pm to 6pm.  

  8. Please email to confirm any booking and to obtain bank details for payment.
